We are providing assistance in placement to various Industries like IT, Engineering, Telecom, for Junior to Senior Positions.

SCREENING, SELECTING AND SHORTLISTING

SECOND STEP OF OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We have experience team who work on screening selecting & shortlisting of profiles as per requirements given by clients. We conduct the screening tests of the potential candidates in a highly professional manner. We also conduct the selection round as primary interview, choosing the right candidate for the vacancy and saving significant time at Clients end.
ARRANGING INTERVIEWS

THIRD STEP OF OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

After the candidate has been short listed at our end and is ready to face the interview, we schedule the same with clients and candidates, as per mutual convenience of both the parties. This ensures that the candidate reaches the place, anywhere in the subcontinent, in time.

STAFF AUGMENTATION

We offer Short Term / Long Term contract staffing services to the organizations for predetermined evaluation period. During this period organization can decide whether candidate is suited for the specified position or not. We also offer payroll management services to the Organization. A company can place most of its work force onto our Pay roll and we take responsibility for all the payroll benefits, statutory compliance and other human resource functions. We become the human resource department for company.
PERMANENT / FULL TIME REQUIREMENTS

Full-time employment is employment in which a person works a minimum number of hours defined as such by his/her employer. CONTRACT

A written or spoken agreement, especially one concerning employment, sales, or tenancy, that is intended to be enforceable by law.

CONTRACT TO HIRE

Contract-to-Hire agreements outline a set length of time a contractor will work for the employer. At the end of that set period, the employer decides if the contractor will be hired as a permanent employee or dismiss the contractor.
